End-User License Agreement

• Account: Azure DevOps organization account used with the extension.
• Authorized users: people in your organization permitted to use the extension.
• Subscription: trial or paid plan that grants usage rights under this agreement.
• User data: rules, cascades, and configuration created in or for the extension.

Subject to compliance and fees, BiziApps grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the extension for internal business use in Azure DevOps.

The trial is perpetual with no time limit and includes up to 3 general rules + 3 cascading rules per project.

Subscriptions bill monthly via Paddle Market Limited and renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

The extension may only be used for supported Azure DevOps child-item automation workflows within applicable law.

• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or deriving source code.
• No circumvention of licensing/usage limits.
• No sublicensing, resale, rental, or leasing.
• No use to build a competing/substantially similar service.

For paid subscriptions, we aim for high licensing-service availability but do not guarantee specific uptime percentages.

Service interruptions may occur for maintenance, upgrades, emergency patches, or third-party outages (including Azure DevOps, Paddle, or network providers).

Support is available via support@automatic-children.com and the support policy page. We target responses within 72 business hours (often faster), but this is not a guarantee.

Support includes usage, configuration, troubleshooting, and documentation clarification. Custom development and professional services require separate agreement.

Data processing follows the Privacy Policy. You are data controller for your user data; we act as processor where applicable.

Where data transfers occur outside EEA/UK, appropriate safeguards are applied as required by applicable law.

BiziApps and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the extension and related documentation.

Feedback or suggestions may be used without obligation or compensation.

You are responsible for your user data and compliance with applicable law and third-party terms. You retain ownership of your user data.

The extension is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BiziApps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold BiziApps harmless from claims arising from your violation of this agreement, your user data, or violation of applicable law.

This agreement continues until terminated. You may terminate by uninstalling the extension and canceling active subscription.

We may suspend/terminate for material breach if uncured after notice, or immediately when required by law or service protection needs.

• Force majeure applies for events beyond reasonable control.
• Third-party services remain subject to their own terms.
• We may update this agreement with notice for material changes.
• Invalid provisions do not invalidate remaining terms.

This agreement is governed by laws of the jurisdiction in which BiziApps is established, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.

This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing addendum, forms the entire agreement for extension use.
