Data collection and usage
Thank you for using Automatic Children. This Privacy Policy describes how your data is collected, used, and protected when you use our extension and related services.
This policy applies to the Automatic Children Azure DevOps extension published by BiziApps.
Our licensing backend (api.automatic-children.com) stores only organization/subscription data needed for plan enforcement, licensed project management, customer portal access, and support.
Subprocessors and third-party services

Azure DevOps governs access to work items, projects, and extension data through installed scopes and Microsoft's terms/privacy policy.
Extension permissions (scopes)

These permissions are not used to send work item content to our backend.
Data retention
- Work item content (titles, bodies, descriptions) is not copied to our servers.
- Rules and cascades are stored in Azure DevOps Extension Data, not in our backend database.
- Support/contact correspondence is retained as needed to resolve issues and satisfy legal obligations.
Data breach notification
In the event of a breach affecting personal or organization data, we will notify affected users and, where required, regulators under applicable data protection law.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with subprocessors needed to operate the service or when required by law.
Security and encryption
Communications with our licensing API and Azure DevOps use HTTPS/TLS. Backend data is stored with access controls and protection at rest where provided by the hosting provider.
International transfers and GDPR
For EEA/UK users, processing aligns with GDPR requirements. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection by contacting support@automatic-children.com.
Payments and Paddle
Payments are processed by Paddle Market Limited (payment provider and reseller). We do not store card details. For payment/tax questions, refer to Paddle terms and support.
